PRICING AND SERVICE DETAILS
Each service order includes service attempts for one recipient, at one address, for one case.
Additional recipients, addresses, case numbers, or required Affidavits/Proofs of Service are subject to additional service or concurrent-service fees.
Pricing is based on the information provided when your order is placed.
If, after reviewing your documents or attempting service, we determine that the assignment requires additional addresses, recipients, case numbers, Affidavits/Proofs of Service, or other services not included in the original payment, your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before any attempts are made.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Service outside our standard service area
- Additional addresses or recipients
- Additional Affidavits/Proofs of Service or case numbers
- Additional mileage, billed at $0.76 per mile
- Per-attempt fees for service outside our standard service area
- Scheduled or time-specific service
- Weekend service
- Any applicable tolls
- Printing over 25 pages ($0.15 per additional page)
When known in advance, applicable surcharges will be communicated before we accept the assignment. If additional requirements are discovered after an order is submitted, the invoice will be updated to reflect the services actually required.
Cancellations: Orders cancelled before the first service attempt are subject to a $35 administrative fee.
